The following violations are still open and not resolved: <br /> Violation 102 <br /> Suite 23 (across from)wastes- no resolution <br /> Suite 28/29- Eight 5-gallon buckets of building paint- no resolution, all other wastes were taken to the HHW facility and <br /> receipt was provided. <br /> Violation not resolved. <br /> The following wastes were observed in the storage area across the driveway from suite 23: <br /> 1. 55 gallon metal drum, partially full, labeled"solids, 5-28-17" <br /> 2. 55 gallon plastic drum, partially full, labeled "waste coolant" <br /> 3. 55 gallon plastic drum, partially full, labeled "empty" <br /> 4. 55 gallon metal drum, partially full, labeled"Amtecol motor oil" <br /> 5. 55 gallon metal drum, partially full, labeled "empty" <br /> 6. 30 gallon plastic drum, 75%full of dark liquid <br /> 7. 55 gallon metal drum, partially full, labeled"1/4 oil, 5-26-17" <br /> 8. pile of solid, looks like asphalt, 5 x 2 x 2 feet <br /> The following wastes were observed in Suites 28/29: <br /> 4. Eight 5-gallon buckets of building paint stored in a room next to the paint booth. <br /> Violation 119 -CERS submittal is not complete. No business activities or business information has been submitted. The <br /> facility information section has not been completed and submitted. Operator generates paint booth filters and other <br /> wastes dumped by tenants. Violation not resolved. <br /> Violation 601/605 -Three 55-gallon drums with oil, paint, UW-lamp and oil filters have not been disposed of <br /> yet.
