As such, it is no longer hazardous waste. The oil in the barrels in shop 23 are in the same position as the other barrels of oil - waiting for Ramos to pick up. The CERS account has been established,but I have not yet entered in the items taken to the HHW facility. I was waiting to make all of the entries (including the oil) at the same time. The following violations are still open and not resolved: Violation 102 Suite 23 (across from) wastes - no resolution Suite 28/29 - Eight 5-gallon buckets of building paint- no resolution, all other wastes were taken to the HHW facility and receipt was provided. Violation not resolved. The following wastes were observed in the storage area across the driveway from suite 23: 1. 55 gallon metal drum, partially full, labeled "solids, 5-28-17" 2. 55 gallon plastic drum, partially full, labeled "waste coolant' 3. 55 gallon plastic drum, partially full, labeled "empty" 4. 55 gallon metal drum, partially full, labeled "Amtecol motor oil" 5. 55 gallon metal drum, partially full, labeled "empty" 6. 30 gallon plastic drum, 75%full of dark liquid 7. 55 gallon metal drum, partially full, labeled "1/4 oil, 5-26-17" 8. pile of solid, looks like asphalt, 5 x 2 x 2 feet The following wastes were observed in Suites 28/29: 4. Eight 5-gallon buckets of building paint stored in a room next to the paint booth.
