Needles and tubes used on client are logged <br /> onto the back of their client Consent and Waiver form. <br /> 2 — 3. Not applicable. <br /> C. All pre-sterilized, single-use and disposable tubes and <br /> needles are kept in artists clean, dry, dust free cabinets in work <br /> area. <br /> D. <br /> 1. See attachment. <br /> 2—4. Cellophane is used extensively in workstations to <br /> cover all equipment, trays,bottles, chairs, tables, and clip cords. <br /> After the procedure the skin is cleaned with green soap and <br /> covered. Containers are picked up quarterly by <br /> Stericycle, Inc or within 30 days of being full. <br /> G. <br /> 1. Needles and needle bars are disposed of into the Sharps <br /> container after procedure is finished. <br /> 2. Razors are disposed of into the Sharps container after the <br /> procedure is finished. <br /> 3. If a pen is used on open skin the pen is thrown away. <br /> H.
