Please let the SJC EHD know what type of floor(material)will be installed. You will need EHD
approval priorto installingthe floor.
For the time being, the facility has returned to compliance. An inspector will contact you prior to June 30,
2026 to schedule an annual inspection. The floor issue should be resolved prior to the inspection.
Also, I noticed that the facility is providing SMP training and live models are being used. Practitioners
must be registered with the EHD prior to training with live models.
Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
9+ 9&0
Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E.
