We truly appreciate the time and guidance you've <br /> provided to us. <br /> We wanted to provide an update regarding the flooring repair near the tattoo chair. As <br /> mentioned previously, we are fully aware of the issue and absolutely intend to correct it. <br /> Our original plan was to complete the repair as part of a broader office remodel. <br /> However, we have experienced a significant slowdown in business since November, and <br /> at this time, closing the studio for the two weeks required to complete the work would <br /> place a serious financial strain on our ability to remain open. We are doing everything <br /> we can to stay operational while still remaining compliant and responsible. <br /> With that said, we are requesting a short extension and are planning to complete the <br /> flooring repair in March. We are fully committed to addressing this and ensuring the <br /> space meets all health and safety standards prior to the next inspection. <br /> If possible, we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to meet with you in person to <br /> discuss this matter further.
