The tattoo facility located at 8 W. 1 Ith Street is not a permitted facility. The EHD did <br /> not receive notification prior to relocating the body art facility. The facility at 8 W. 11th Street is currently in <br /> violation of the following code sections of the California Health and Safety Code (H&SC): <br /> H&SC,Section 119312(a) states that: <br /> A body art facility shall not conduct business without a valid health permit. <br /> H&SC,Section 119312(c)states that: <br /> The local enforcement agency shall issue a health permit after an investigation has determined that the proposed <br /> body art facility and its method of operation meets the specifications of the approved plans or conforms to the <br /> requirements of this article. <br /> H&SC,Section 119312(d)states that: <br /> A health permit is valid only for the location of the facility and the time period indicated on the permit and may <br /> not be transferred to another owner or facility. <br /> Therefore, an Administrative Office Hearing has been scheduled on Thursday April 4, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at <br /> 1868 E. Hazelton Avenue, Stockton, CA 95205. An Administrative Office Hearing fee of $250.00 will be <br /> collected at the time of the hearing.
