Save your receipts, and make sure that you have disposal receipts for at least one disposal per year for the next inspection (item#7 on the inspection report). The only other correction outstanding from the inspection is that you were to submit a copy of the Infection Prevention and Control Plan (item#35 on the inspection report). I have attached our sharps record as well as pictures of our shops bucket, it has the company name on it, but we have yet to turn it in, i can provide you with the receipt once we do that. As for the client forms, you said they needed Daniels Name and the location on the paperwork... I had him fill them out but the location is on the front already on the very top. Is that ok? and do you need to see those? I wasn't 1
