The log shall include spore-test results each sterilization cycle, date, contents, exposure time and <br /> temperature, resu t3 of:I-e Class V integrator for every cycle/load, and evidence of a acceptable spore test before reuse of the <br /> sterilizer after a fa led sore-test. HSC 119315(b)—Sterilizer was not spore-tested in 2021. Ensure sterilizer is spore-tested <br /> at least once par month, provide documentation to EHD spore testing results by July 24, 2022. <br /> 7. The sharpy waste container shall be within arm's reach and labeled with the word "sharps waste" or with the biohazard symbol <br /> and the word 'Bioh 3zarJ'. Sharp waste containers shall be disposed by a licensed waste hauler or approved mail back system. <br /> Documentatio- of proper disposal shall be maintained for 3 years. HSC 119314(e)—Sharp's waste container was last picked <br /> up December 16, 2015. Sharp's waste container shall be picked up at least once annually.
