Wash thoroughly with warm water and non-scented soap. <br /> Do not re-bandage. <br /> 3. Apply"Aquaphor" healing ointment over clean tattoo. Rub <br /> into area like lotion,don't pile it on! <br /> 4. Continue to wash and clean tattoo following with Aquaphor <br /> 2-3 times a day for the next 2 days. <br /> 5. After 2 days,wash and apply ointment at least 2 times a <br /> day. Do this for at least a week. DO NOT LET TATTOO <br /> DRY OUT! <br /> 6. After first week of healing, use non-scented lotions lightly. <br /> 7. Slap or rub lightly to relieve an itching. Don't pick or <br /> scratch. <br /> 8. Absolutely NO direct sun or tanning. Keep out of pools, hot <br /> tubs,saunas, baths,etc., for the next 2 weeks. Sun,chlorine, <br /> and salt water all act as bleach to a new tattoo. <br /> 9. No Aloe Vera or Vitamin E oils,gels,Vaseline, petroleum <br /> jelly,A&D, bag balm,or anything else your friends tell you. <br /> They don't tattoo,so don't listen to them. Listen to us. <br /> 10.
