Medical Waste Management Plan <br />Kaiser Permanente — Stockton <br />1/01/10-12/31/10 <br />• The storage area is marked with warnings that read in English and Spanish <br />"Caution biohazardous Waste Storage Area—Unauthorized Persons Keep <br />Out". <br />• These signs are legible from a distance of at least 25 feet. <br />• Biohazardous waste shall not be stored on-site for more than seven days prior <br />to disposal. <br />(c) Onsite treatment facility description, including type of treatment utilized <br />maximum capacity, time and temperature necessary, alternate contingency plan <br />in case of equipment failure. <br />• Currently do not conduct onsite treatment of medical waste.
