t 0 0 <br />Medical Waste Management Plan <br />Kaiser Permanente — Stockton Medical Office Building <br />1/01/12-12/31/12 <br />(h) Describe your medical waste emergency y action plan, including procedures for <br />handling spills, exposures, equipment failures, etc. <br />The purpose of the Kaiser Permanente Stockton Medical Office Building waste <br />emergency action plan is to assure that all medical waste is properly handled to <br />eliminate exposure to the public of possible disease causing agents which may be <br />present in this type of waste.
