Employee Name <br /> — 1 container <br /> *The requirements for Materials of Trade(MOT),which allows the transport of medical waste in limited <br /> quantities,can be found in Title 49-Code of Federal Regulations(49 CFR)-Part 176.6. <br /> *The Medical Waste Management Act(MWMA), Section 117946 specifies how the MOT applies in <br /> California. Section 117946 limits the quantity of medical waste to 32.5 pounds and requires that the <br /> receiving facility maintain a log of documenting the transportation of waste under the exemption.
