Then complete <br />the following procedures: <br />a. Unlatch the safety from the locking ring and rotate the locking ring into the opening position. <br />b. Using gloves provided, carefully open the door. Lower the ramp and remove the carts. Dump <br />the carts as you would ordinary trash.
