At the end of the cycle, the o erator will check the recorder chart and ygrify that the machine has <br />actually achieved 275 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes After verification, initial the chart and the <br />date for an on-god of each cycle If the chart indicates that the time or temperature had not <br />not been achieved, the operator must rerun the cycle and write "rerun" on the chart. Then complete <br />the following procedures: <br />a. Unlatch the safety from the locking ring and rotate the locking ring into the opening position. <br />b. Using gloves provided, carefully open the door. Lower the ramp and remove the carts. Dump <br />the carts as you would ordinary trash.
