2I The training provided will ensure that all regulatory requirements are met. <br />C. Documented department specific training regarding new chemicals/hazardous materials is required and is <br />performed by the department manager/ director, or designee. The department manager/ director is <br />responsible for providing employees with safety training and maintaining training documentation. <br />D. Ongoing training is provided by department managers/directors, HealthStream modules, Education and/or <br />the Hazardous Waste Coordinator. <br />E. Hazardous materials and waste management orientation and ongoing education iso re o the medical <br />staff in the form of educational information. <br />F. Volunteers receive general hazardous materials and waste management training through initial <br />orientation and during their annual in-service. <br />G.
