Medical <br /> waste is picked-up once per week. <br /> 2) Shipping and tracking records were available for review along with annual training records. <br /> 3) The biohazard bags in use in the facility meet both the ASTM D-1709 and the ASTM D-1922 standards. <br /> Reinspecion on/about: A reinspection fee of$152 per hour may be charged.
