Certification that information provided is compete and accurate is forthcoming. The Medical Waste Management Plan <br /> will be updated to have statement by 1/26/2024. Generators shall submit an updated application form when any of the <br /> information specified in their medical waste management plan, created pursuant to Section 117935, changes. The <br /> updated application form shall be submitted within 30 days of the change. <br /> Reinspection on/about: A reinspection fee of$162 per hour may be charged.
