:'rnt Page 3 of 4 Hello Ms. Lobein, Our weekly schedule pick-up is every wednesday. However last week the waste was picked-up November 20 (Tuesday) instead of November 21 (Wednesday). The week prior, the scheduled pickup on the receipt shows 11/21. After the pick-up on the 20th, the receipt this time once again shows the next pick-up as 11/21. The most current pick-up was done today, November 28th and the receipt shows the next pick-up as 12/5. Delta Pathology generates more than 20 pounds per month hence we are required to store the waste for 7 days or less only. We are cited by the county during our environmental inspection last July of this year because July 4th fell on a Wednesday and our waste was picked-up the following day. We are advised to coordinate the pick-up early with Stericycle if any holiday (or non-pick-up days) falls on a Wednesday. As we all know, Thanksgiving was Thursday and Wednesday was a regular day. Please provide Delta Pathology an explanation why the pick-up day was changed to Tuesday. We will certainly be asked by the county on our next inspection and we have to provide them an explanation.
