Medical waste is picked-up once per week. The records <br /> are digital but easily reviewed. <br /> 2) The biohazardous waste bags in use in the facility meet both the ASTM 131709 and ASTM D1922 standards. <br /> 3) All medical waste is stored in the prep room except for a biohazardous waste container for gloves which is stored in the <br /> garage. There are four large biohazardous waste containers, one small biohazardous waste container for gloves, and <br /> one sharps container in the prep room. <br /> Reinspecion on/about: A reinspection fee of$152 per hour may be charged.
