Medical waste is collected once per week. <br /> 2) The Medical Waste Management Plan was available for review. The file copy is current. <br /> 3) The biohazardous waste bags in use in the facility meet both the ASTM D1709 and ASTM 131922 standards. <br /> 4) All medical waste is stored in the prep room except for a biohazardous waste container for gloves which is stored in the <br /> garage. There are four large biohazardous waste containers, one small biohazardous waste container for gloves, and <br /> one sharps container in the prep room. <br /> Reinspecion onlabout: A reinspection fee of$152 per hour may be charged.
