This is to convey appropriate attention. <br />b. A self-adhesive, clear document holder to one side of the transparent storage <br />container. <br />2. Remove the decedent from the approved infant carrier and place in the transparent <br />storage container, storing multiple birth decedents in separate containers. <br />3. Place all accompanying paperwork in the self-adhesive, clear document holder. <br />4. Once the decedent has been transferred for final disposition, thoroughly disinfect the <br />transparent storage container inside and out with a solution of 1:10 bleach and water for <br />subsequent use. <br />5. If not buried or cremated, properly launder the infant receiving blanket for later use. <br />7.4 Required Supplies for Infant or Fetal Decedents <br />Policy.
