Nitroglycerine preparation —sublingual or oral spray and topical/patch. <br /> 22. Ondansetron. <br /> 23. Pralidoxime chloride (2-PAM). <br /> 24. Sodium bicarbonate. <br /> IV. An accredited paramedic in San Joaquin County is authorized, as part of the State <br /> approved expanded scope of practice, to perform the following procedures or <br /> administer the following medications in accordance with the written policies of the <br /> San Joaquin County EMS Agency: <br /> A.
