Preface <br /> The expanded Initial Study for the Kaiser Permanente <br /> Stockton Medical Center Special Use Permit and Parcel Map was <br /> prepared to provide pertinent information necessary for detailed <br /> asessment of potential environmental project impacts by <br /> governmental agencies and members of the general public.
