The parking lot would be built now with the MOB <br /> construction when membership forecasts warrant it, <br /> most likely within the first 5 years. Construc- <br /> tion of the first 100 bed phase of the hospital <br /> would probably begin after completion of the first <br /> phase MOB. Additional phases would be constructed, <br /> as needed , until the facility is complete. It is <br /> anticipated that 15-20 years will be required for <br /> total project development. <br /> 3.
