The exemption application is submitted for <br /> Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL), Site 300, located on Corral <br /> Hollow Road in Tracy, California. Site 300 meets both requirements for the <br /> Limited Quantity Hauling Exemption and small quantity generator not required <br /> to register. Specifically,Site 300 meets the following Limited Quantity Hauling <br /> Exemption conditions: <br /> • Generates less than 20 lbs. of medical waste per week <br /> • Transports less than 20 lbs. of medical waste at any one time <br /> The small quantity generator not required to register status has not changed <br /> since submission of the original certification statement in August 1992.
