Materials and application methodologies shall be subject to <br />County and Regulatory Agency approval prior to implementation. <br /> <br />9.5.5 Environmental Monitoring Systems <br />The proposed solar arrays are located to minimize interference with existing environmental <br />monitoring systems. Installation and operation of the solar arrays will be performed in a manner <br />that will not impact the existing environmental monitoring systems nor limit access to the <br />environmental monitoring systems. <br /> <br />9.5.6 Emergency Coordination <br />If an emergency situation develops at West Riverside Landfill, Stronghold will immediately <br />notify the County and will implement any necessary measures to address the situation. The <br />personnel listed in Table 9-1 have the authority to commit all resources of the County in the <br />event of an emergency. <br /> <br />Table 9-1. If extensive damage occurs to the landfill cover or associated structures (such <br />as drainage control features), corrective action alternatives will be assessed by a registered civil <br />engineer, and appropriate repair measures implemented. <br /> <br />Any repairs to the final cover, drainage system or environmental monitoring systems will be <br />reviewed by a civil engineer or certified engineering geologist, and certified that the integrity of <br />the original cover has been maintained. Materials and application methodologies shall be subject <br />to County and Regulatory Agency approval prior to implementation. <br /> <br />9.5.8 Emergency Equipment <br />A list outlining the general availability and types of emergency mitigation equipment is <br />presented in Table 9-2. All heavy equipment operated at West Riverside Landfill is equipped <br />with fire extinguishers.
