The tables include our record of completed work,
and inspection requirements. In general, the record to date of
the San Joaquin County LEA with regard to closure issues is
excellent. The tables will hopefully assist you in planning
future LEA activities with regard to closure issues.
To complete the requirements for reducing inspection frequencies,
please submit a brief description of your tracking system for
postclosure land use. Please refer directly to LEA Advisory
No. 3 for guidelines on acceptable tracking systems.
If you have any questions, please contact me at 255-2343.
Sincerely,
Scott Walker, Manager
Closure and Remediation Branch, North Section
Permitting and Enforcement Division
Attachments
cc: Mr. William J.
