Storage of inert debris including concrete for longer than 6 months is in Violation of T14 CCR <br /> 17383.7(a)-Unlawful disposal. <br /> b.)The piles were documented on a site visit June 30, 2010. <br /> c.) Remove all piles of concrete by Feburary 1, 2011 to a proper disposal facility and obtain reciepts. <br /> d.)A site check will take place after Feburary 1,2011 to ensure that compliance has been met. Disposal reciepts <br /> will be reviewed at that time. <br /> Inspection Report Comments: <br /> Annual Inspection Conducted on this date. The following was noted: <br /> 1.) Bryan Villar,facility contact, and a Mr. Reyes were present at the end of the inspection. I informed Mr. Villar that the <br /> concrete onsite can not be stored longer than 6 months or it will be deemed unlawful disposal. <br /> 2.) Bryan Villar informed me that Mr. Reyes will be his replacement as facility contact. <br /> 3.) Horses are being used onsite to keep vegetation low. <br />
