6 <br />11 <br />Document Number: 909 R 5003 <br />Rev: 12 Date: 1/22/13 <br />EMERGENCY RESPONSE PROCEDURES <br />Local Emergency Response Agencies <br />In the event that emergency services are needed, the security officer upon receiving <br />instructions by the incident commander shall request (by calling 911) assistance from <br />any or all of the following: <br />• Fire Department: Lathrop -Manteca Fire District <br />• Police: Lathrop Police/San Joaquin County Sheriffs Department <br />• California Highway Patrol - only if Interstate 5 is involved <br />• Paramedics: Lathrop -Manteca Fire District <br />Environmental Response Agencies <br />In the event that a hazardous incident occurs, the incident commander may be <br />required to notify any or all of the following agencies. Refer to the following page for <br />notification criteria. The agencies are listed in order of priority. <br />• 911 -for Fire and/or Police <br />o San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services - Business Hours - 468-3962. At <br />all other times, call sheriffs department at 468-4400 and request assistance. <br />• State of California Office of Emergency Services: State Warning Center - 1-800- <br />852-7550 <br />• U.S. Environmental Protection Agency: National Response Center - 1-800-424- <br />8802 <br />There are a number of additional agencies that may need to be notified depending <br />upon the type of incident. The incident commander will determine which agency will <br />need to be contacted. <br />• San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District -Modesto — 557-6400 or 800-281- <br />7003 after hours <br />• California Regional Water Quality Control Board - Central Valley Region; <br />Sacramento - 916-255-3000 <br />H:\profile\My Documents\500 E. louise ave (CIA LOF)\9-25-13\909R5003 Emergency Response Procedures.doc <br />Page 18 of 67 <br />Paper Copies are Not Controlled unless stamped in RED "Controlled Document".
