Contamination of Soils and Groundwater Final <br /> Report", dated August 5, 1986, Enclosed are the Department's <br /> comments on the report. Response to these comments may be made <br /> in a draft Remedial Action Plan. <br /> The next step in the remediation of the Field Avenue Site is <br /> preparation of a draft Remedial Action Plan (RAP) . The RAP must <br /> be prepared in accordance with Chapter 6.8, Section 25356. 1 of <br /> the California Health and Safety Code (H & SC) . The criteria for <br /> a RAP are described in "The California Site Mitigation Decision <br /> Tree Manual", Section 9.3, a copy of which is enclosed. Included <br /> in the RAP are feasibility study and community relations <br /> requirements. These requirements are described in Section <br /> 25356. 1 of the H & SC, a copy of which is enclosed. <br /> Included with the other enclosures are copies of two laboratory <br /> reports from the California Hazardous Materials Laboratory, <br /> showing results of analyses done on Lika's Field Avenue soil and <br /> groundwater samples.
