There are piles of asphalt being stored on the south east side of the facility. The piles have not <br /> been processed and sorted for resale or reuse. This is in violation of T14 CCR 17383.7 (a). <br /> b. The piles were documented in the previous(12/18/2009)inspection report. <br /> c. Remove all piles of inert debris by 1/1/2011 to a proper disposal facility and obtain receipts. <br /> d. A site check will take place after 1/1/2011 to ensure that compliance has been met. Disposal receipts <br /> will be reviewed at that time. <br /> Inspection Report Comments: <br /> Routine annual inspection performed on this date and the following was noted: <br /> 1. There has been no progress made on the Proposed Police Firing Range project since 2008. <br /> 2. There was no exposed waste observed onsite. <br /> 3. Grading/final cover and site security were sufficient. <br />
