Postclosure maintenance for the purposes of reducing impacts to health and safety, shall be conducted to <br />ensure the integrity of the final cover. <br />2. If noliquid waste is exposed during postclosure maintenance activities, the waste may be returned <br />provided that the integrity of the final cover is maintained. <br />3. Either remove the exposed waste, have it properly disposed, and fill in the hole(s) with clean soil, or <br />cover the exposed waste with clean soil. <br />Routine quaterly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. Several burrowed holes were observed (no exposed waste observed from these holes). The operator was instructed <br />to <br />fill in the burrowed holes with clean soil and to periodically check the site for further holes. <br />2. There are no issues with site security. <br />
