CalRecycle <br />Closed Disposal Site Inspection Report (188) <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION 30 OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE to AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) I <br />x 121180 - Postclosure Maintenance <br />Comments: Exposed solid waste (concrete) was observed protruding from the ground in the southwest and <br />southeast corner of the gun range. <br />1. Postclosure maintenance, for the purposes of reducing impacts to health and safety, shall be conducted to <br />ensure the integrity of the final cover. <br />2. If solid waste is exposed during postclosure maintenance activities, the waste may be returned provided <br />that the integrity of the final cover is maintained. <br />3. Either remove the exposed waste, have it properly disposed, and fill in the holes with clean soil, or <br />cover the exposed waste with clean soil. <br />Routine quaterly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. A few burrowed holes were observed (no exposed waste observed from these holes). <br />2. The pile of asphalt observed during the 3/21/12 inspection has been used as dust control. <br />3. There are no issues with site security. <br />
