CalRecycle <br />Closed Disposal Site Inspection Report (188) <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION 30 OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) <br />Routine quarterly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. There was a pile of concrete material on site. According to Juston Collins, City of Escalon Public Works <br />Superintendent, the material will be used to line the levees for the wastewater ponds. Per Title 14, Section <br />17381.1 (e)(2), the material cannot be stored on site for more than 18 months (6/5/2016). The material <br />must be used to line the levees before that date. <br />2. No issues with site security. <br />3. No areas of the site with exposed solid waste. <br />4. There were burrowed holes but no exposed solid waste was observed protruding. <br />
