Closed Disposal Site Inspection Report (188) <br />Enforcement Agency: County of San Joaquin <br />THE ABOVE FACILITYWAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF DIVISION W OF PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) <br />X too violations orAreas of Concern <br />Routine quarterly inspection done on this date and the following was noted: <br />1. There is still a small pile of concrete material on site that was first documented in the 12/2/2015 inspection report. <br />Reminder that the material cannot remain for more than 18 months (6/2/2017) per Title 14, Section 17381.1(e)(2). <br />2. Burrowed holes were observed but no exposed solid waste was seen. <br />3. There were no issues with site security. <br />4. There are piles of soil material with litter contaminants. The piles will be placed on the banks of the onsite ponds. <br />Facility was instructed to pick out the contaminants before placing on the banks. <br />CalRecycle Solid Waste Information System (SWIS) 1 Of 1 <br />
