New pile of concrete and soil observed. The pile of concrete material documented in the 6/13/2017 inspection report <br />was still on site. Reminder that the material cannot remain for more than 18 months per Title 14, Section 17381.1(e)(2). <br />2.) No exposed solid waste was seen. <br />3.)
