Store materials fit for use in a manner that allows existing fill cover to remain undisturbed with adequate <br /> draining. <br /> 2.)AC T27 21190-Postclosure Land Use-A pit approximately ten yards square was excavated at south east end of site. <br /> Discontinue excavation to avoid disturbance of ash and covered landfill materials immediately or submit a Clean Close Plan <br /> for site. Submit a plan to restore excavated area. <br /> 3.)V T27 20650-Grading of Fill Surfaces-Surface of ground is used as storage for city street sweepings prior to disposal by <br /> heavy equipment into dumpster on site. Grading of surface has been compromised as sweepings are pushed westward and <br /> spill over downward slope. <br /> a.) This could be considered illegal disposal if material is not removed. <br /> b.) Discontinue grading surface with heavy equipment and remove debris. <br /> c.) As debris is removed,do not disturb existing cover in order to maintain adequate cover and drainage of buried material. <br /> d.) Department recommends sweepings to be deposited directly into dumpster. <br /> 4.)AC T14 17410.4-Vector,Bird,&Animal Control-Several holes and burrows viewed along roadways during inspection. <br /> Take measures necessary to control burrowing animals immediately in order to maintain integrity of final cover. <br /> INSPECTOR SIGNATURE: DATE: tl G <br /> k <br />
