Store materials fit for use in a manner that allows existing fill cover to remain undisturbed with adequate <br /> draining.The amount of fencing and building materials stored on site has been reduced since last inspection,however status <br /> of violation will exist until all material has been removed or a plan for storage for re-use has been submitted to the <br /> Department. <br /> 2.)V T27 21190-Postclosure Land Use-A cement pad was poured near area used for Police firing range,east of railroad tracks <br /> and south of eastern ponds without consent from the Department.Per operator,a structure with electric power is planned to <br /> be erected for firing range use.Per operator,six power poles are planned to be erected to supply power lines to structure. <br /> 1.)Discontinue building project in order to determine extent of buried waste beneath project area. <br /> 2.)Submit a Work Plan including a Health and Safety Plan to the Department,prior to continuing the project, in order to <br /> determine extent of waste beneath project area. <br /> 3.)Submit a Work Plan for approval by the Department describing the extent of the building project. <br /> 3.)V T27 20650-Grading of Fill Surfaces-Surface of ground had been used as storage for city street sweepings prior to disposal <br /> by heavy equipment into dumpster on site.Grading of surface has been compromised as sweepings are pushed westward and <br /> spill over downward slope.Direction was given in last inspection report dated 11/13/06 to remove debris. <br /> Remove debris deposited over westward slope.As debris is removed,do not disturb existing cover in order to maintain <br /> adequate cover and drainage of buried material. <br /> 4.)AC T27 21150-Drainage/Erosion Control-Integrity of slope on and around dirt road at south fence near railroad tracks was <br /> observed to be compromised by erosion. <br /> Repair areas of erosion to avoid compromising integrity of buried waste. <br /> Notes: <br /> 1.)Street sweepings collected are no longer brought to this site. Per operator,street sweepings are taken directly to Gilton <br /> Solid Waste Management for disposal and railroad ties mentioned in previous report were taken to Gilton Solid Waste <br /> Management for disposal. <br /> 2.)T-pipe bait traps have been placed to control burrowing animals. <br /> INSPECTOR SIGNATURE: DATE: jl 't(' 4?7 A <br />
