Receiving Water Limitations: <br /> 1. The discharges shall not cause the dissolved oxygen <br /> concentration in French Camp Slough to fall below 5.0 <br /> mg/l. <br /> 2. The discharges shall not cause visible oil, grease, scum, <br /> or foam in the receiving waters or watercourses. <br /> 3. The discharges shall not cause concentrations of any. <br /> materials in the receiving waters which are deleterious <br /> to human, animal, aquatic, or plant life. <br /> 4. The discharges shall not cause esthetically undesirable <br /> discoloration of the receiving waters. <br /> 5. The discharges shall not cause fungus, slimes, or other <br /> objectionable growths in the receiving waters. <br /> 6. The discharges shall not cause bottom deposits in the <br /> receiving waters`. <br /> 7. -The discharges shall not cause floating or suspended <br /> materials in the receiving waters. <br /> 8. The discharges shall not increase the turbidity of the <br /> receiving waters by more than 10 percent over background <br /> levels. <br /> 9. The discharge shall not alter the ambient pH of the <br /> receiving water more than 0. 5 units. <br />
