WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS -8- <br /> J-M MANUFACTURING COMPANY, INC. <br /> AND J-M A/C PIPE CORPORATION <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> D. Provisions <br /> 1. Neither the discharges nor the treatment shall create a <br /> nuisance or pollution as defined in the California Water <br /> Code. <br /> 2. The Discharger shall submit to the Board, by l June 1985, <br /> a technical report which demonstrates that runoff from <br /> the site is not contaminated with raw materials, dust, or <br /> products stored on-site. If such a demonstration cannot <br /> be made, the technical report shall describe means by <br /> which runoff shall be contained on-site. <br /> 3. The Discharger shall submit to the Board, by 31 January <br /> of each year, an annual summary of the quantities of all <br /> chemicals, listed by both trade and chemical names, which <br /> are used for cooling and/or boiler water treatment and <br /> which are discharged. <br /> 4. The Discharger may be required to submit technical <br /> reports as directed by the Executive officer. <br /> 5. The Discharger shall comply with the attached "Standard <br /> Provisions and Reporting Requirements (NPDES)-" dated 1 <br /> August 1984 , which are a part of this Order. <br /> 6. The Discharger shall notify the Board not later than 180 <br /> days in advance of implementation of any plans to alter <br /> production capacity of the product line of the-manufac- <br /> turing, producing or processing facility by more than ten <br /> percent . Such notification shall include estimates of <br /> proposed production rate , the type of process , and <br /> projected effects on effluent quality. Notification <br /> shall include submittal of a new Report of Waste Dis- <br /> charge and appropriate filing fee. <br /> 7. This Order expires on 1 January 1990 and the Dicharger <br /> must file a Report of Waste Discharge in accordance with <br />
