MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM <br /> J-M MANUFACTURING COMPANY, INC. <br /> AND J-M A/C PIPE CORPORATION <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY -4- ' <br /> Constituent Units Sampling Frequency <br /> Standard Minerals mg/1 annually at same time as <br /> effluent samples. <br /> Total Dissolved mg/l annually at same time as <br /> Solids effluent samples. <br /> TOC mg/1 monthly at same time as <br /> effluent samples. <br /> REPORTING <br /> In reporting the monitoring data , the Discharger shall arrange <br /> the data in tabular form so that the date, the constituents, and <br /> the concentrations are readily discernible. The data shall be <br /> summarized in such a manner to illustrate clearly the compliance <br /> with waste discharge requirements. <br /> Monthly monitoring reports shall be -submitted to the Regional <br /> Board by the 15th day of the following month. <br /> If the Discharger monitors any pollutant at the locations <br /> designated herein more frequently than is required by this order, <br /> he shall include the results of such monitoring in the calcu- <br /> lation and reporting of the values required in the Discharge <br /> Monitoring Report Form.
