He suggested that I submit the following request to your <br />department. <br />J -M A/C Pipe Co. is continuing with the closure of all asbestos <br />operations at its Stockton facility. In doing so, we are removing <br />some steel structures that have been exposed to asbestos or asbestos <br />containing materials. <br />To make sure that all asbestos containing material is contained, <br />we are coating the equipment with BWE-5000 and/or BWE 3000. <br />I am requesting approval to bury steel that may have encapsujated <br />asbestos materials attached. <br />The materials to be buried are steel, BWE 3000, BWE 5000 and the <br />asbestos materials currently placed in the approved dump. <br />Due to the nature of this material, we are requesting approval as <br />soon as possible.
