Box 2009
Stockton, California 95201
Dear Mr. Crooks:
J -M AIC Pipe Corporation
J L `.1 L L V LH
U0
SEP 2 41984
SAN JOAQUIN LOCAL '
HEALTH DISTRICT
During your inspection of our Disposal Site on 8/21/84, you
requested that we provide your office with a winter plan for
our Disposal Site.
Attached is a plot plan showing our disposal area and the winter
acess road. Also shown is a holding area where waste product can
be held (in metal Containers) in the event of severe weather
conditions.
Our winter plan consists of the following:
1. Build a gravel access roadway to the open pit area.
This roadway would be over the existing dirt road.
2. Provide a surge (holding) area for waste product.
3. Operate a heavy duty dump truck to take waste product to
the disposal pit. The truck is of 10 yard capacity with
3 axle drive, including front wheel drive.
4. Provide sufficient dirt to cover disposal pit when pit
is full. We have 5000 cubic feet of dirt stockpiled.
If you have any questions, please feel free to call.
982-1500
Sincerely
Cecil P.
