Also shown is a holding area where waste product can <br />be held (in metal Containers) in the event of severe weather <br />conditions. <br />Our winter plan consists of the following: <br />1. Build a gravel access roadway to the open pit area. <br />This roadway would be over the existing dirt road. <br />2. Provide a surge (holding) area for waste product. <br />3. Operate a heavy duty dump truck to take waste product to <br />the disposal pit. The truck is of 10 yard capacity with <br />3 axle drive, including front wheel drive. <br />4. Provide sufficient dirt to cover disposal pit when pit <br />is full.
