MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM -4- <br /> JOHNS-MANVILLE MANUFACTURING, INCORPORATED <br /> FORMOSA PLASTICS, USA <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Surface Water Monitoring <br /> LOCATIONS <br /> The monitoring network shall consist of the four sampling stations in the canal running <br /> through the Johns-Manville Manufacturing facility. All surface water samples shall be grab <br /> samples. The following shall constitute the surface water monitoring program: <br /> Statio Description <br /> SW-1 Upstream, East side of Airport Way <br /> SW-2 Downstream, 1000 feet east of west property boundary <br /> SW-3 Downstream, Adjacent to west property boundary <br /> SW-4 Downstream, West side of McKinley Avenue <br /> FREQUENCY <br /> Surface water samples are to be collected within 72 hours of first rainfall greater than one- <br /> half inch of the monitoring period. A second set of samples will be taken within 72 hours of <br /> the first rainfall greater than one quarter inch after 1 March of each year. Samples shall be <br /> collected from all stations and analyzed as specified in Table II. <br /> PARAMETERS <br /> Surface water samples shall be analyzed for the monitoring parameters shown in Table II. <br />
