Ihs work plan <br /> describes the proposed activities to assess the character of the waste, the presence of <br /> leachate, and the possibility of leakage into the vadose zone and ground water under the <br /> landfill. This work plan was approved by the RWQCB in a letter dated September 16, <br /> 1988. <br /> Assessment activities were initiated on September 21;1988.
