Page 2 FE 382-063-00 <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The project site is located north of the intersection of <br /> Awani prive and Mokelumne River Drive in Lodi , California . The <br /> somewhat L- shaped parcel -of land, whic.h covers approximately 3 .7 %J1 <br /> acres , is bordered on the north by the Mokelumne River ; on th-e <br /> south by lot numbers 33 . 34 , and 35 of the Mokelumne River <br /> Village Condominium complex;. on the east by t.he Mckelumne River <br /> and a parcel of undeveloped land; and an the west by the Southern <br /> Pacific Railroad tracks.. A copy .of a topographic survey by R . P . <br /> Weldum and Associates, Inc. , is 'included in a pocket contained in <br /> the back of this. report . Lot numbers 1 , 2 , and portions of <br /> numbers 3 , 4 , A, and B are located on property rty owned by Howard <br /> Arnaiz . Lot B and portions of 3 , 4 , and A are located on <br /> property owned by the Sanquinetti and Arnaiz Development Company. <br /> The site has an undulating topography with approximately 20 <br /> to 30 feet variance in elevation. A large mound exists near the <br /> central portion of the property . At the time of our field <br /> exploration , the majority of the site was covered by light to <br /> moderate concentrations of dry weeds and gras-s which varied in <br /> height from 12 to 24 inches . Surface debris in the form of <br /> leaves, tree limbs , glass , trash , and chunks of concrete and <br /> asphalt were noted . Trees and brush existed along the bank of <br /> the Mokelumne River.
