DRC Staff Report 41- da <br /> Tu:_e 7 , 1988 <br /> Page 4 <br /> 9 . This subdivision is within the 100-year flood <br /> plain . The final map shall not be approved until <br /> _ the conditional "Letter of Map Revision" has been <br /> approved by FEMA. No building permits shall be <br /> issued until the necessary levee improvements have <br /> been completed and the entire site has been <br /> removed from the 100-year flood plain as required <br /> 10 . The owner/developer shall install a storm drainage <br /> collection-' system, pump station, and discharge <br /> line to the San Joaquin River. The storm drainage <br /> system will be designed for the entire Weston <br /> Ranch and the adjacent tributary areas . <br /> 11 . All mitigation measures necessary to reduce <br /> impacts to an insignificant level listed in the <br /> Weston Ranch Environmental Impact Report (EIR2-86) <br /> are hereby adopted by reference as conditions of <br /> approval on this tentative map. <br /> 12 . Any existing on-site wells shall be abandoned per <br /> the County Health District Standards. <br /> 13 . The owner/developer shall comply with the <br /> requirements of governmental agencies having <br /> jurisdiction over the French Camp Slough/San <br /> Joaquin River with respect to levee improvements, <br /> fencing, access easement dedication, storm water <br /> discharge , and crossing of sanitary sewer line and <br /> also acquire all necessary permits . <br /> 14 . The curve data for Carolyn Weston and Woods Way <br /> shall be shown on the tentative map. <br /> 15 . The median and parkway landscaping shall be <br /> maintained by a mandatory homeowners ' association. <br /> 16 . Provide public access easements to and along the <br /> south bank of French Camp Slough as required by <br /> the State Map Act. <br /> 17 . Until final abatement of the asbestos site and in <br /> V` conjunction with the submiss�n-of the '__fihal -map <br /> within 2 , 000 feet of the asbestos site, the <br /> owner/developer shall provide the City with <br /> written evidence that the State Division of Health <br /> e� Services, Toxic Substance Control Division, <br /> Property Evaluation Unit, and the San Joaquin <br /> Local Health District approve of the projected <br /> building plans . No final map for the Weston Ranch <br /> Development within 2 , 000 feet of the asbestos site <br /> will be approved without such written notice. <br />
