El Dorado Street, should be "flagged" to reflect the need to contact the <br /> Environmental Health Division prior to the issuance of new building permits or changes <br /> in land use that may jeopardize the integrity of previously closed landfill sites. Any <br /> new site development or site approval should also be "flagged" to the Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.
