A/C T 27 CCR 20530-Site Security-Observed signs of illegal dumping as well as unauthorized access <br /> by the public. <br /> a. Inspect the site at least once per month in order to prevent and/or cleanup illegal dumping as well as <br /> unauthorized access by the public. <br /> b. Document the findings of the monthly inspections. <br /> c. An abandoned car vehicle was observed during the inspection. The operator,Ted Johnston,said <br /> he will have the car disposed. <br /> 2. A gentleman was observed to be living on site. He dug a hole approximately 6 ft.wide(at its <br /> longest point of width)and 7 ft.deep. In the hole he setup a tent and inside the tent he had <br /> various personal items such as a bed,blankets,clothes,heaters,food,etc. <br /> 3. In the surrounding area,there were numerous bottles,cans,and food items produced by the <br /> person living on site. <br /> 4. A pile of construction material was observed and is presumed to be from the hole the person <br /> on site dug. <br /> 5. The Ripon police came and had the gentleman take some of his belongings and leave the site. <br /> He was told to come back tomorrow to get the rest of his belongings. <br /> 6. Ted Johnston said that he will have people come and clean out all the belongings that the <br /> gentleman does not take as well as all the surrounding trash produced by the gentlemen <br /> including the construction material. <br /> 7. Dispose of the abandoned vehicle,the pile of construction material,all trash and litter produced <br /> by the person living on site,as well as his left behind belongings. <br /> 8. Refill the holes produced by the person living on site. <br /> 9. EHD will visit the site periodically to monitor the progress of the cleanup. <br />
