The report detailed the solid waste removal process for disposal <br /> site B and C. The report also included the analytical results from soil and water samples <br /> that were taken during the removal process. <br /> This letter confirms the completion of the solid waste removal investigation for the <br /> disposal sites B and C referenced in the report. With the provision that the information <br /> provided in the report to this agency was accurate and representative of the existing <br /> conditions at disposal sites B and C, PHS-EHD does not require that any further action be <br /> provided concerning the referenced sites. PHS-EHD considers the sites to be Clean- <br /> Closed in accordance with Title 27, California Code of Regulations, Section 21810. <br /> This letter does not address any water quality issues that may or may not be present at the <br /> site and limits its scope of authority to the solid waste issues witnessed by the PHS-EHD <br /> during the site investigation. Be advised that this letter does not relieve you of any <br /> liability under the California Health and Safety Code, or the Water Code for past, present, <br /> or future operations at the site. You are still responsible for any clean up of existing, <br /> additional, or previously unidentified conditions at both sites which cause or threaten to <br /> cause pollution, nuisance, or otherwise pose a threat to water quality or public health. <br /> Additionally, changes in the present or proposed use of this site may require further site <br /> characterization and mitigation activity.
